Ever woke up in the morning with that feeling of dread in the pit of your tummy? Or finding it hard to drift off to sleep as your mind is still going a hundred miles an hour? Do you feel overwhelmed with all that life is throwing at you? Do you hear your inner voice telling yourself negative things like you are not good, pretty, smart or successful enough over and over again? Do you often feel you have to drag yourself through your day longing for bedtime? If your answer is ‘yes’ to any of the above these 6 powerful healing Mantras will help you change your mindset instantly and will be beneficial making your life more exciting, bearable, loving and tons more fun again.

I am a firm believer in The Secret and believe everything in this Universe carries either a positive or negative vibration, including the words you speak and all the thoughts you think. Your mind is such a powerful tool. As a matter of fact it’s your most powerful tool for achieving your goals and feeling happy and content. No matter where you are in life right now, how dire your situation might seem by feeding your mind the good stuff you too can overcome your fears, anxieties, and obstacles and move forward more freely. The first and most essential thing to do is to start feeling grateful. Gratitude is a very powerful emotion as your immediate emotional response to feeling grateful, in your subconscious mind, will help you to achieve and embrace the changes needed to moving to a much happier place. Be grateful for the little things like your sense of humour, your child throwing their arms around you for a bear hug, a friend sending you a good morning text, that welcoming first cup of coffee in the morning or feeling the Autumn sunshine on your face. I can assure you when you start being mindful and counting all those little blessings, they all will add up massively. Your mind works at its best when we quiet it down. So why not kick start your day full of positivity and gratitude with a couple of minutes using some of the following healing Mantras before jumping out of bed. If you feel your mind is sucking you into that negative space again during the day, take a moment, quiet your mind and repeat a Mantra that appeals to you the most.   1. I surrender my worries to the Universe

This one works best if you visualize yourself taking your weightily coat of burden off and handling it over to the Universe and asking the Universe to take care of it. This Mantra is most effective when you say it 3 times loudly or quietly, as often as needed.

  1. I choose to feel good about myself every day

If you are one of the many who looks in the mirror and instantly goes; ‘Yuk’, this Mantra is a must say. Recite this mantra 3 times every time you look into the mirror or when you hear yourself saying anything negative about yourself.

  1. Everything I need to heal is already within me

If you are healing and trying to make the best of your new beginnings, place your hands over your heart and repeat 5 times either out loud or quietly.

  1. I use love to make all the decisions in my life

Taking three to five deep breaths in and out place your hands over your heart. Chant this Mantra 7 times in your mind. This Mantra is perfect if you are at a crossroads in your life and unsure which way to go.

  1. This too shall pass

This short but super powerful Mantra has been my total life saver. If you are going through a challenging life changing period in your life and working through painful, upsetting and stressful emotions this one is definitely the one for you too. Say it 7 times or more. Loudly or quietly, whatever feels comfortable to you. Repeat when needed.

  1. I know I am loved and supported as I move through the day

Feeling alone and isolated? Start by giving yourself a big loving hug and say this powerful Mantra 3 times in the morning. Repeat when you are in a need of a pick-me-up.

It means to be in the midst of all those things and still be calm in your heart
